The Bank of New Glarus is adding security to protect your accounts!

 

Starting Tuesday, April 19, two-factor authentication will be required for consumer online banking accounts. For your convenience and ease of use, please make sure your phone number is up-to-date with the Bank of New Glarus.

 

What do you need to do?

1. Make sure your phone number is up-to-date with us. Check or update your account information by contacting any Bank of New Glarus branch.

2. Make sure these changes have occurred before April 19 to avoid any possible issues.

3. Contact any of our branches if you have any questions.

 

What is two-factor authentication? Why is it being used?

Your security is important to us. To better protect your account from fraud, we are adding two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication requires your password and a 6-digit code sent via text message or phone call. 
Please Note: if you choose to receive a call, it will have a California area code.
